Indirect heat accounting systems – UNI EN 834

In centralized condominium systems typically with risers, the heat cost allocator is the tool through which it is possible to distribute heating costs among the condominiums in a simple and safe way.

The Giusto-100N2 is the OMS compatible heat cost allocator for detecting the heat consumption units of the heating body.

Safe and precise, applied to each radiator, it allows the punctual counting of consumption thus obtaining a real quantification of heat consumption and, consequently, of expenses.

The transmission of the daily consumption data is sent to the receiving device together with the consumption of the last 7 days and the consumption of the last 12 months.

The Giusto-100N2 allocator can provide two-way communication for the fifteen days following installation in order to allow parameterization at a later time without having to necessarily access the housing. After 15 days or immediately after parameterization, it switches to one-way OMS compatible.

The allocator is approved according to the European standard EN834 and is powered by long-life batteries.

Consultation of consumption data

The "ticks" relating to consumption are displayed directly on the display thanks to the clear parameterization of the allocator based on the thermal power and the type of heating body.

The reader acquires the consumption data in WBF via WSL868 key and EQUO software or, alternatively, via a remote reading system thanks to floor control units and master control unit which autonomously posts the data on the server.

As per the recent regulations that suggest periodic consultation of consumption data, the WEB portal is available which draws the data from the server and makes them easily accessible to the System Manager, the Condominium Administrator and the individual Condominium Owner.

The portal allows the visualization of heating consumption and consumption of cold and hot water, facilitating the perception of the spending trend by the User through graphic representations.
