policy pursuant to art.
130,
Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30th
June 2003, Code on personal data protection and art. 14 of Regulation
no. 679/2016 GDPR.
The personal data conferred by the User (via website, Perry Timer app, C.DOM app, Perry thermostat programmable app) will be added in a special electronic database in order to be used to provide the requested services.
The personal data managed by Perry are:
• registration of the e-mail address
• geolocalisation of the device (allows, if enabled, to reduce consumption when you are not at home. It is not shared with anyone nor stored)
The data controller is Perry Electric S.r.l., with registered office in Veniano (CO), Via Milanese, 11.
Perry Electric S.r.l., as data controller, informs that the personal data provided will be processed with the consent of the concerned party, in order to provide the information requested by the User
The appointed Data Protection Officer
(DPO) that can be contacted by the concerned party in case the latter
decides to exercise his/her rights, is Attorney Barbara Anzani, email

Pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative
Decree no. 196 of 30th
June 2003 (Code on personal data protection) and art. 17 of
Regulation no. 679/2016 GDPR, the User has the right to obtain
confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data, even if not
registered yet, and disclose it in intelligible form. Moreover, the
User has the right to obtain indication:

of the origin of personal data;

of the processing scopes and
methods;

of the logic applied in case of
processing executed with electronic tools;

identification details of the Data
Controller, data processors and data protection officer appointed in
accordance to art. 5, par. 2, Legislative Decree no. 196 of
30/06/2003;

subjects or categories of subjects
to whom the personal data can be disclosed or whom may become aware
of, in quality of data protection officer appointed in the territory
of the State, data processors or controllers.
Moreover, the User has the right to
obtain:

data update, correction or
integration, if needed;

deletion, transformation in
anonymous form or block of data processed in breach of laws,
including data that is not necessary to store in view of the scopes
for which it was collected and then processed;

confirmation that the operations
mentioned in the previous points were disclosed, with regards to
their content, to those subjects to whom data was notified or
diffused, unless this obligation cannot be fulfilled or implies the
use of means clearly disproportionate compared to the protected
right.
In conclusion, the User has the right to object,
partially or fully: -
the processing of his/her personal
data for legitimate reasons, even if relevant to collection
purposes;
