C.DOM systems for autonomous systems

C.DOM System

Multi-zone programmable thermostat with consumption display.

With C.DOM it is possible to divide new and existing homes into thermal zones by controlling the temperature room by room. Adjusting the temperature accurately means saving significantly on consumption. Energy meters allow you to view the actual thermal and hydraulic consumption of the home both on site and remotely.

The radio transmission of information makes C.DOM suitable for installation even in existing buildings without any masonry work.

The C.DOM system, appropriately configured, meets the technical requirements to be Classified Building Automation Class B according to EN ISO 52120-1:2022 and Advanced Thermoregulator Class VIII.

Taking advantage of the tax deductions provided.

  • Multizone Thermoregulation

C.DOM allows you to manage up to a maximum of 8 thermal zones by independently regulating the temperature and humidity of each of them. The hourly programming of temperatures guarantees optimal comfort in each zone only during the times and days, when necessary.

  • Consumption display

If combined with thermal energy meters (heating and cooling) and domestic hot and cold water meters, C.DOM constantly monitors property consumption, making the use of resources more aware.
The first step towards energy and water efficiency is knowing your consumption.

  • All under control. Also remotely.

Both via the C.DOM touch screen display and the App for mobile devices, all settings are simple and immediate. Suitable for everyone, from anywhere in the world.

Suitable for any type of system in all seasons.

C.DOM can be installed both with independent heating and centralized heating installations. Whether with boiler or heat pump.

Based on the different types of installation, thanks to the different actuators, the summer and winter conditioning can be controlled.

Zoning

Each zone is inhabited differently. C.DOM allows you to create up to 8 thermal zones each one with independent temperatures, humidity and times. C.DOM it adapts to any type of heating body such as radiators, radiant panels, fan-coils, splits, dehumidifiers or mixed systems up to a maximum of 16 actuators for each C.DOM.

C.DOM integrates the visualization of the installation's water and energy consumption.

C.DOM allows you to monitor the consumption trend of the selected period with an accuracy of one day, when combined with thermal energy meters (heating and cooling), domestic hot water meters and domestic cold water meters. In addition to the numerical display, it is possible to select the graphical display via practical histograms.

All under control at a glance.

Smart functions

With C.DOM it is possible to better program the comfort of your home, setting the temperatures, the humidity rate and defining the times for the different zones.

The wireless connection makes it quickly installable in any type of system without any masonry work.

Control

C.DOM can be controlled both locally via color touch screen display and remotely.
With the APP for smartphones and tablets, the settings are even more intuitive and can be performed from anywhere in the world.
With the CDOM Manager software it is possible to supervise dozens of systems from a PC, analyze the calorimetric and humidity curves and analyze the operating times of each zone.

Compatibiliy

The three versions of C.DOM adapt to any type of system: gas boiler, heat pump, or central heating.

The MTE01 advanced thermoregulation module allows the CRM032WIFI to be combined with boilers equipped with the Opentherm 2.2 protocol, modulating the boiler power and allowing the setting of the domestic hot water temperature.

System typologies in Building Automation with integrated visualization of consumption

Legge 208/2015, Art.1, comma 88 (Legge stabilità 2016)

The purchase, installation and implementation of multimedia devices for the remote control of the heating or hot water production or air conditioning systems of the residential units is facilitated, to increase users' awareness of energy consumption and to ensure efficient operation of the systems.

These devices have to:

a) show energy consumption through multimedia channels, by periodically providing data;
b) show the current operating conditions and the system regulation temperature;
c) allow the systems to be switched on, off and weekly programmed remotely

The C.DOM System can therefore be classified as a Building Automation system with Class B performance of UNI EN ISO 52120 (formerly UNI EN 15232).

Independent heating installations with radiators

The VTRX05 actuator on each thermostatic valve of the radiators detects the temperature of each room and communicates it to the C.DOM multi-zone programmable thermostat which, after having processed the information, carries out the commands to obtain the desired temperatures in the various rooms.

In each climate zone it is possible to install thermostats, thermos-humidistats or one of the temperature sensors (wall-mounted or built-in). These, in addition to allowing the desired parameters to be set locally, improve temperature detection.

All communications are via radio

The energy meters and domestic water meters communicate the measurements to C.DOM via radio frequency, making the consumption data available both on the color display of the multi-zone programmable thermostat and remotely via the APP.

Type of C.DOM used:
C.DOM01 in case of heat pump / hybrid
C.DOM02 + MTE01in case of boiler with Opentherm protocol

LIMITS:
8 maximum thermal zones
16 actuators VTRX05

Independent heating installations with radiant panels

C.DOM, based on the temperatures detected in the various rooms by the temperature probes, controls the opening and closing of the actuators positioned on the distribution manifold via the control box.

In each climate zone it is possible to install thermostats, thermos-humidistats or one of the temperature sensors (wall-mounted or built-in). If there is a dehumidifier, it is possible to integrate the management of relative humidity into the C.DOM system.
